You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com. Please confirm them for us.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Troubleshooting:
Check your spam/junk email box. If you have an option to unblock specific email addresses, try allowing *@wordpress.com (all emails from the domain) and/or no-reply@wordpress.com addresses.
Make sure to uncheck the box next to “Block all email updates from WordPress.com blogs you follow” on your Manage Delivery Settings page. https://subscribe.wordpress.com/?option=settings
