Not receiving password reset email

  1. I submitted a password reset request for [email redacted] but did not receive the confirmation email as described. Over the period of a couple hours I tried again (twice) to no avail.
    I had tried to change the email on my other account -rdrunner - to this email which it said was already taken so I'm pretty sure it's valid.
    Any ideas why the confirmation email wouldn't arrive! I'm receiving other email to that account.

  2. Have you checked the spam filter in your email client?
