I just noticed that someone "liked" my latest blog, the views went up. But seconds later the views went back down and the "like" disappeared. I was wondering if there is a "glitch" here.
The blog I need help with is synapticcohesion.wordpress.com.

We can "unlike" a post we have previously "liked". A follower can click the “like” button without visiting your blog and creating a page view stat.
P.S. To compel readers to click into my blog to read the full post I have set my RSS Feed to “summary” on this page > Settings > Reading
I was thinking that the viewer could have simply changed their mind or made a mistake and unliked it, but they cannot bring a view stat back down. But thanks for the suggestion.
That's right. If I click into the blog and click "like" and then click agin to "unlike" the view stats remains because I did click into the blog and that's a page view stat.
I was referring to this blog, not the first blog listed above:
http://deepthoughts123.wordpress.com/
The stat did change--it went down from what I saw.
Thanks for clarifying which blog you are concerned about. I have flagged this thread so Staff look into this one missing stat issue for you.
And I bring this up because my new post has 0 views (other than my own) over 24 hours later, which has never happened before.
