NUMBER of WORDPRESS VERSION used

  1. What NUMBER of WORDPRESS VERSION am I using in my WORDPRESS BLOG?

The blog I need help with is encelorduy.wordpress.com.

  2. All WordPress.com upgrades are done by Staff here so we bloggers don't have to worry about them. This platform is upgraded to the most recent version of WordPress about a month before that version is made available to WordPress.org users.

  3. Thank you for your kind and promt reply, but you still DO NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION... What NUMBER of WORDPRESS VERSION am I using in my WORDPRESS BLOG?

  4. We're using mostly WordPress 3.4.2 with some bits of the upcoming 3.5 release thrown in.

  5. Why the big worry about the version number?

Nothing you can do here is version dependent and the code here is always a bit ahead of the WordPress.ORG release.

  6. Which blog are your referring to please? Is it this one? http://encelorduy.wordpress.com/
If you are referring to another blog and it's a WordPress.ORG install then and only then is the version number relevant.
For clarity read: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences
This is the correct forum for WordPress.ORG software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet and you are referring to a WordPress.org install, you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  7. Thank you, again, for your second reply, to my question...
I need to know such information because, for certain technical reasons, one Web-Site with which I work asks me for it... As you may see, on the record of answers I have received, somebody from your Forum ("macmanx", to whom I also thank) has already and very kindly replied to such question, with absolute clarity and precision: Version # 3.4.2 and bits of 3.5.

    Best regards.

  8. To "macmanx": Thank you, very much and best regards.

  9. You're welcome!
