Nuntius Theme - Primary Menu Dropdown

  1. Why can't I figure this out?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The blog I need help with is thisisthestoryof.wordpress.com.

  2. While a picture is worth a thousand words, maybe not so much in this case.

    :-)

Can you explain what you are trying to do or want to do or what you can't seem to do?

  3. With a main catagory of, say, "Entertainment", I figured the rest of the sub-categories would dropdown along. Maybe I'm missing something in the Menus Settings? Or something else?

  4. Subcategories will not automatically show up. Have you created a custom menu?

  5. I had a custom menu (selected now) that I created before changing to Nuntius. I created another one to run a test to see if it would drop-down my sub-menus. No luck. I'm wondering if there is some kind of setting that I'm missing.

  6. I have repeatedly saved in the Themes Location module.

  7. You have to manually put the subcategories under the main category and then you have to slide them to the right slightly so they are indented below the main category. Then they will become submenu items off the main parent.

See the link Panos provided, and also see the support document on creating submenu items in custom menus.

  8. Raise your hand if you feel like a jackass.

    Thanks!

  9. No jackasses around here. None of us know everything and we've all been there.

    You are welcome.
