  1. How do I make an older posts function button at the end of my page so my readers can access my older posts?

The blog I need help with is rachelwriteshere.wordpress.com.

  2. Your blog is set to infinite scroll and that means every post in your blog is available to all readers if they simply scroll down the front page.

To have an older posts button you have to disable infinite scroll.
    Settings > Reading
If that's what you want to do then scroll down to:
To infinity and beyond __ Scroll Infinitely
(Shows 7 posts on each load)
    "Save changes"

  3. Hello! Thanks very much for your help! It doesn't have the infinite scroll when I view it from my account. Why is that so?

  4. You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account registered the blog.

Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the "Need More Help" link and complete the form for account recovery.
