On site domain

    I have created a blog site with a name “A”
    I have created second blog site with a name “B”

    I’ve erased “A”
    and try to change the name of my second blog site to “B” to “A”
    It wouldn’t allow me to change it saying the site with the name already exists.

    What can I do?

    Once you delete a site, the address can never be used again. That point is made very clear at each step of the deletion process which you indicated you understood when you clicked the link in the final deletion email you received.

    If all you want to do is change the title of your site, you can do that under Dashboard>Settings>General
