Just wondering why only one full post appears and for the following posts, it says "continue reading"...and you have to click on it. Can I have the set number of posts to appear on my page? i.e. mine is set to show a maximum of four per page.

Only 1 post showing up
can you give us the url to your blog?
sounds like a theme-dependent feature, but if we can see your blog we can know for sure.
Either that or she's used the more tags, which do that. But we can't say for certain unless you give us your blog URL
Here's my url...http://sassygirl2.wordpress.com/
I think you were right about the "more tags" thing. I think I turned it off but I'm not sure!
What about fonts? Can we change those in a theme? Also, the size of the border around my written entry isn't that wide so it cuts off my pictures. Any way around that?!
sassygirl2 that url you've given does not lead me to your blog. i'm taken back to the main wp home page.
Your blog must be set up as private because as sulz points out using the link you gave directs us to the wordpress.com home page.
The only way you can change fonts throughout the entire blog rather than a post at a time is through a css upgrade.
Sorry about that, it is now public and accessible.
You can see what I mean about the photos there as well. My sunset picture is cut off.
"Just wondering why only one full post appears and for the following posts, it says "continue reading"...and you have to click on it."
i don't see the continue reading bit.
"Can I have the set number of posts to appear on my page? i.e. mine is set to show a maximum of four per page."
yes, go to dashboard, select options, below it select reading, then check the ones that apply.
the photos are cut off because it's too big the for width of your home page. you have to either resize the photos or display the thumbnail instead.
Re images: Quentin theme http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/09/25/how-big-can-my-images-be/
The maximum size in blogging space is 450 pixels and just as sulz said the "sunset" picture is too big for the space so it's being cut off.
Optimizing your images before uploading or like sulz said using thumbnails linked to full size pictures is a good idea.
Number of posts on front page: I see 2.
