I am debating whether or not I should move my domain from wordpress.com to other host so I can download wordpress.org so I can add some Google Ads and what not.
If I choose to just stay here at wordpress.com, are they're anyways I can make some money?
The blog I need help with is patriotsplus.net.
As your blog is not a high traffic blog it cannot qualify for the Ad Control program.

In a nutshell free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM cannot be used to drive traffic to third party sites via advertising and/or affiliatite programs. Eecommerce cannot be consudted on wordpress.Com blogs. No retailing or reselling the work vreated aby anyone other than you is allowed.
Only if you are consistently getting more than 2000 hits per day. Even if you are, you'll make more money being hosted elsewhere.
