   The only themes we can use on WordPress.com are
   dashboard —> appearance —> themes
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themes

   The themes you find online are for WordPress.org.
   wp.COM ≠ wp.ORG
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
