Let's start with an electronic copy of the certificate sent by email as an attachment. Please have the club president copy the exact subject line from the email I sent you - including the ticket number - into their own message to us, so that everything stays together in our system. Otherwise we may not know what the certificate is in reference to when it arrives in our support system.
My next dilemma is I'm leaving for Hawaii tomorrow and will not be back until March 7, 2013. So if you don't mind, can we put this on hold for a month?
