Our blog is currently displaying a "this bog has been suspended or archived due to violation of terms of service". Our blog is GaucheAlchemy.wordpress.com.
We have not done anything that violates the ToS and believe this is a big mistake. We need our blog up and running because this is our business and our livelihood. The blog is central to driving our traffic and it must be up as soon as possible.
Please rectify this immediately.

You need to use the link in the message in the dashboard to contact the TOS department and discuss it with them. We volunteers in the forums cannot help, and staff will not discuss suspensions in the forums. They will get back to you as soon as possible.
I sent a message to support. We have NO dashboard to even view. There's no menu options at all. Nothing.

I believe this, and maybe some other things, got you suspended. It should be easy to clear up though.
That might be the trigger. I was able to send a message to the "troubledesk" via a link one of you provided.

Just saying also - blogs that are set up to as you say "driving our traffic" are in general frowned on here.
We are a legitimate online business with a shop on a completely separate site like Etsy. This blog has legitimate information and content. We are not a clearing house for affiliate links and we only use authentic and relevant links.
We have a Google page ranking of 3 and for a small business like we are, that's pretty darn good. It shows we are legitimate and not spamming.
As I have said before, I have contacted the actual WordPress people that can actually fix this. Thank you.
