P2 theme with custom domain cannot post.

Upon attempting to post from the theme I receive:
"Woops! Looks like you are not connected 2 the server. P2 could not connect with WordPress."
This is replicated across multiple supported browsers. This is not a browser issue. It appears to be related to the P2 theme and possibly custom domain mapping.

This could be related to a bug in P2 where if you have 0 posts it fails posting from the front end.
Could you add a post from the dashboard (under Posts > Add New) then try again?
