I've gone through many-a-tutorial on this creating pages & posts... but I'm stuck here:

I have gone to my Reading Settings> Static Page. I have chosen my static page as 'Welcome' & Post Page as 'Blog'

What shows up on my live page is:
    1) 'Welcome' shows as 'Home' on the Menu Bar
    2) 'Blog' page is reading 'not found'

    So…
    1) How do I change the text to 'Welcome' in the Menu Bar?
    2) How to I have my Blog show up with posts?

The blog I need help with is refreshedbiz.com.

  2. Not to worry. By default your home page displays all your posts and you have not published any posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the Blog page of your blog appeared because you deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ Don't worry about it because as soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  3. Oops! Hold it. I went to your blog and I see posts appearing on this page http://refreshedbiz.com/
    Create Welcome page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page
Go here again > Settings > Reading
    Reading Settings
    Front page displays
    Your latest posts

    A static page (select below)
    Front page: Welcome
    Posts page: Blog

the guide is here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
