I have 2 blogs urokentertainment and ricochetsrapiddetail that got deleted on accident, trying to restore any suggestions?

You will not be able to restore it. When we delete a WordPress.com blog address or URL it cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. That's why there are 3 warnings and verification link provided in an email order to delete a blog.
