When I click on my page titled, "upcoming events," it displays my posts instead of the content for that page.
The blog I need help with is bajalifecoach.wordpress.com.

This means you've set that page as your posts page in Settings > Reading. You need to create a new page, title it "Posts" or whatever you see fit, and set that page as your posts page.
