After 100 forms have been completed on our site, we're finding some aren't coming to us. In attempting to replicate the problem, we think it may have to do with a hotmail.com address, but then again, some completed forms had a hotmail address in them.
The blog I need help with is chicorebels.wordpress.com.
The only forms we can post on WordPress.com blogs are contact forms. Is that what you are referring to? Any legitimate feedback will then be emailed to you, and added to your feedback management area. Have you checked your feedback management area?
Have you also checked your email client spam/junk mail folder?
The form is located here: http://chicorebels.wordpress.com/69-2/ It was designed with the tool provided by WordPress. Checked all places mentioned and spam folder offline with the affiliated sendto address and nothing for the form in question. I walked her through it and did it as well via another computer and ended up with the same problems. The only thing that I can think of is that her email address is culprit. Is it possible that one particular email address has been banned from WordPress.com?
I'm sorry I don't have an answer but I did tag this thread for Staff intervention when I posted above. If you subscribe to the thread your will be notified (hopefully) when Staff respond.
