Your website doesn't load is that common? I was contemplating using your website but on my first attempt this happens,
What reassurances can you give me that this is not a common occurrence as I cant even set up for the first time?

It loads fine for me and huge numbers of other people (or we wouldn't use it). Please try clearing your cache and logging back in again. Alternatively, update your browser. WordPress.com doesn't work well with outdated ones.
