On Triton Lite I see all my posts when I first click on the web site and then cannot find them again once I look at a different page. How can I make a link/page that links back to the posts page? Thanks

Clicking on the header image or site title will bring a visitor back to the Home/Front page.
With Triton Lite you can also use a Custom Menu to add the Home page link in the Nav Bar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Thanks but I tried this and still could not do it. There is no home page to put in the Nav Bar.
When you open Appearance>Menus Dashboard, there are several modules there. One of them is the Pages Module. Click on the "View All" tab and you should see "Home" as an option to be added. Tick the check box next to it and then click on "add to Menu" button. If it's not in the position in the menu you want it to appear, drag and drop it to where you want it. Make sure to save the Menu itself.
If you don't see the Pages module at all, click on "screen options" in the upper right corner of your browser window and make sure it is checked.
Thanks. I now have the home page in the nav bar but how do I make it look the same as the posts? i.e. how do I link the posts to the home page? Sorry I am not getting this...
