You have two pages that appear on your horizontal navigation bar. They are listed in alphabetical order - not by date. There is not date in page URLs on the theme you use - Misty Look.

If you wish to change the order of display for your Pages you must edit the existing Pages. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/
Go into the Page Attributes module on the far tight hand side of the page. It's under the Publish module. There you will see this option your can use to assign a numerical order to your Pages rather than an alphabetical order.

scroll down and click "Update" after you have assigned the number. Thereafter you can assign a number to each new Page your create.
Best wishes with your blog. :)
