I have created a password protected set of pages with the parent called Members. Any of the sub pages require a password. It is the same password for all the sub pages. A number of users are reporting problems accessing these pages. They are typing the correct password but are being denied access. I have tested it out on a number of my machines and it seems to be working fine. Most of my users have Microsoft Explorer as their browser. This is what I use too. Is this a cache/cookies related issue? How can I fix this problem for them?
