   why my about me page is not showing on the toolbar of my blog?

   Your theme does not have horizontal navigation bar. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/dusk-to-dawn/
   You can use a Pages widget in the sidebar to provide access to pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/
