kurowkirishimaI have multiple blogs registered on wordpress.com. Is it possible to have one of them show up as a page on another? For example:
Blog A has a page called 'b'. I want Blog B to show up on 'b' when you click it.
Is that even possible?

that's not possible, not on wp.com. you could do it with a self-hosted blog though.
