On my blog I have two tabs (pages) at the top - Home and About Me. I have completed a new post, and I want to have another tab (page) called "Training Matters". I want the new post to appear on the Training Matters page, and also chronologically on the home page. I've been mucking around trying to do this for ages, and have checked the online support. Can I do this, and if so, how?

Use categories to mark your Training Matters posts. Then use a Custom Menu for your tabs, and in the custom menu, put the link to your category Training Matters, http://michelle-childs.com/category/training-matters
