I am using Chaoticsoul theme and i love it.but i have a problem which is Pages did not show under the banner.i need some help.

I don't think they do with that theme. You have to use the Pages widget within your sidebar.

On your dashboard go to presentation, then widgets. Look for the categories one and drag it onto your side bar. However you will need to drag other elements to have them aswell, such as search, blog roll, meta etc etc. Since when you use the custom side bar it wipes all the side bar apart from the ones you put in

Different themes will display them differently. Some use tabs and some only display pages with the widget. Neo Sapien displays them as tabs, for example (but doesn't display well on screens with low resolution).
