I started a WordPress blog and paid for the WordPress Upgrade Bundle ($99) and did not receive the package. My site is not being hosted or anything, and when I look it says the domain is still available. It has been more than the 72 hour window and I am disputing the charges.
What can I do now?
The blog I need help with is stoutsoftheworld.com.
The domain was just mapped and not registered for some reason.
Please try adding the domain again via Store -> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.

I just tried what you suggested, but I keep hearing "This domain has already been mapped to a WordPress.com blog."
