Parament question

  1. I'm using this very nice theme called Parament, for my photoblog.
There are some nice widgets which can be added to it.
    My question is this:

How can I add a widget to the LEFT side of the screen?
Seems to me that all widgets I want to add go by default to the right side of the screen, which means a lot of "real estate" space on my blog (left side) is not utilized at all.

The blog I need help with is mirceaniphoto.wordpress.com.

  2. How can I add a widget to the LEFT side of the screen?

You can't. The themes does not have a left hand sidbar. It has only a right one. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/parament/ You also may not be considering that what you consider to be empty real estate can probably only be viewed on widescreen monitors that have screen resolution higher than 1024x768 pixels and not on ones like mine which is 1024x768 pixels or on mobiles.
For other themes see > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/02/26/sidebars-and-other-widget-areas/
