How do I set one password as protection, for all my blog entries, at the same time? (Without going into each entry to do so)?

If you want to password protect every blog entry then why would you have the blog set to "public"? That makes no sense to me at all. I would make the blog visibility "private" and then I wouldn't have to password protect any content. It's quick and easy to do. See here > Privacy settings
I've never done this but I believe you can use the "quick edit" function on the Posts > Edit page. Select all the posts you want password protected and then "Bulk Actions" and select Edit and then click "Apply" and I think you can then enter a password for those posts.
