I want to allow log in permissions for my phone sex operators to post blogs under their names.
I want each person to have a different log in. password and log in name
If they no longer work for me I will need to disable the password.

Yes. If the blog isn't private you just tell them to register a WordPress ID (not choosing the option to have a blog, just getting the username) then you Invite them to be blog authors. As you are the admin, you can delete them once they no longer work for you.
By the way, the accepted procedure is to warn people that your blog is NSFW in a specific statement when you ask a question in the forum. I'm sure staff will mark your blog as Mature and remove it from the global tag pages, but until then you need to put that warning in your statement when you ask a question in the forums.
