lisdprideI need to upgrade all of the blogs we run as they have inappropriate advertisements on them. I've sent an email to support@wordpress.com, but haven't heard back (not even sure if that is who I was suppose to contact).
We are part of public education and can't just pay for upgrades with a credit card, but I can't find alternative ways to pay (specifically with a PO).
Side note: the problem is not ads, but inappropriate ads.
If the email to support is the best thing, I'll continue to wait to hear back (what's the normal response time? This is day 3.)
