I want to pay for the wordpress value bundle. But i do not have a credit card neither paypall.
The only things that i have is a bank account, and what i can do is bank transfer.
Please guide me through this steps.

The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options. WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
Hi there, in addition to Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, we can accept echecks and some debit cards.
We do not accept bank transfers, I'm afraid. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the clarification re: echecks and some debit cards. The question that arises is which echecks and which debit cards are accepted?
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it's a debit card.
