   Hello, I'm currently working on setting up a blog for my mother and we want to know if she can buy a domain using PayPal. Thanks!

   Yes, in fact Paypal is the best way to pay for upgrades here. I would suggest, however, that she wait until Monday. Staffing is light on the weekends and if something goes wrong it will take longer for staff to help her.
