There should really be a way to contact accounting from the services page, especially if im transferring money

My experience with paypal is that even though it shows the transaction as complete; it does not mean that the money has been verified. It just means that the transaction is has been acknowledged.

You also have to remember that paypal notifies WP by email and that means they have to go through a bunch of emails. Give it a few hours.
