Well now that the seal hunt is over there are a lot of Newfoundlanders with time on their hands. We could have them make housecalls.

Coppa is 13. And the rest would lie. And if they have their parents credit cards to purchase domains and CSS, then there isn't much that can be done. I still say give them their own forum/off-topic forum. Then if real help is needed, the adults can peak in and help once in a while.
