chicablogI'm trying to upload a new avatar, and when it goes to the crop page, the pic won't show. I've tried that right-click-show-picture thing, but that's not helping.

How big is the picture? What does it look like, just the red X? I had an issue once when the picture was really big: all I saw was the top right-hand corner, which was all black.

It's a regular digital camera picture, and yes, the red X

What kind of picture is it? Sometimes the cameras save things in formats we can't use here; make sure it's a JPG or a GIF or something standard like that first.

Double-check it, and also make sure it's not bigger than you're allowed. Can you do a regular upload and paste the URL in here so we can check the picture?
