   Is there a way to enable someone that is posting a comment to include photos in their comments?

   The blog I need help with is dougandpetesphotography.wordpress.com.

   Not at WordPress.com. They can link to the image, but they can't put an image in; the only one who can do that is the blog admin.

   Thanks for the confirmation. That's what I thought. Do you know of a blog hosting site that allows image uploads in the comments?

   It's not the hosting, it's the configuration of the software. You could do it with an independent WP.org install, but it IS a security risk.
