Pilcrow Theme Content-Sidebar work but Content-Sidebar-Sidebar sidebar on bottom

  1. I am using the pilcrow theme for http://www.littlemissrunshine.com. I wanted to try to switch from the Content-Sidebar theme option to the Content-Sidebar-Sidebar option but as soon as I do this the sidebars go to the bottom of the page.

I've read that this may have to do with a div tag being open and you can change published posts to draft and then published again. I think this might be tedious for me because I have a lot of drafts and around 800 published posts.

I also read that this sometimes is a problem with the widgets. I still get this problem when I use take my own widgets out and use whatever default ones there are.

Is there another way to fix this or does anyone have some ideas of what is wrong with my theme since it works fine with one of the orientations?

    Thanks in advance!

    Jess
