   Recently I became aware that the posts of my blog (http://pavanvan.wordpress.com) appear verbatim on another site (http://myfedgrants.com) without my notification or consent. My username (pavanvan) is attributed, but they do not link to my blog, and they claim I am one of their "authors", which I certainly am not.

   I sent a brief desist letter. Does this constitute Plagiarism, and if so, what are my possibilities for recourse?

   My suggestion is to read though this: http://stolen.wordpress.com/ as it has a lot of good information. What they are doing is certainly not right and you can and should stop them.
