  1. I have requested a cancelation and refund on my premium package and domain name but nothing is processing and no one will speak with me about it.

    PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

    The blog I need help with is lightafternight.org.

  2. Me too. When I tried to cancel it said it could not cancel and to contact support. I would like to cancel before my free trial is over so I dont get charged. I do not want to keep the domain I created either. Please resolve this issue. It will not let me cancel. I contacted support a day ago and have not received a response.

  3. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and you are within the window of time allowed for a refund, you will be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    Your billing is at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  4. I DID request a cancelation and refund within the 48 period and I have received nothing about this...no cancelation confirmation..nothing.

    Why is it so difficult for me to speak with someone one-on-one about this?

    I want my cancelation. I want my refund. Enough with the delay.

  5. mayamedo, your upgrades were canceled and refunded on August 24, but it may take up to 10 days for your credit card provider to post the credit to your account.

    kf2100, it looks like we have already answered you in a separate thread.

  6. I would also like a refund on my 2nd domain, I am not a fan or using wordpress its very confusing for first time users and I do not wish to take the domain elsewhere. I am also having problems connecting with someone I have filled out several support claims and have not herd anything back. I would like to have it canceled before my 48 hours is up please!

I was billed today for an "automatic upgrade" for a wedding blog that was registered last yr - I completely forgot about the blog & it was rarely visited, but upon getting the bill today I deleted the site altogether. I then realised WordPress cannot delete an account and when I visited the account billing history after the deletion of the site I was made aware that the "automatic upgrade" was still affective - next one due in a yrs time! Yikes!
    Could I get a refund for the renewal that took place today ( as the site doesnt exist anymore) and how do I go about canceling further charges for this site?

    You can reply directly to that support thread if you have any other questions or concerns.

    @lakshmidharmesh - I just cancelled that custom design upgrade and issued a full refund for the renewal, so you're all set with that. Please note that it can sometimes take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

    If anyone else needs help to cancel and/or refund an upgrade, please contact us directly rather than posting a reply to this thread so we can keep track of each request. :)
