   I'm begging you, why can't I purchase the ugrade to pro? I tried to purchase the upgrade and this is the third time and this time I get this prompt -
   "This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type."
   Okay so, the blog is used by me but, my Mary is giving me the upgrade for Xmas as a gift. I don't have the credit card, my Mary does.
   What oh what is the freaking problem AND why won't WordPress address my concerns and offer me solutions?
   Please oh ever so please and I'm trying hard to be polite and not spitting frustrated and/or vulgar. Help me!

   Please return to the thread I tagged for Staff attention yesterday. What’s required is your patience please. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff or by flagging a thread here in the forums for their assistance it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets and threads with the earliest dates first.    Oh mercy me and I am so very sorry. I did NOT know that. Forgive us? Oh please and ever so please, forgive us? We are unworthy, ignorant in the techno-workings of mystery blog stuffs, and more than a mite impatient. I blog and WordPress ALWAYS simply makes that happen and for the most part, I don't gots to think about it.
   I am a worm...
