http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ states plug-ins are only allowed on self hosted blogs.
I would like to use a plug (wp-invoice) on my theme react, which is hosted at wordpress.com...though I paid extra to get rid of the wordpress subdomain. My site is sourcinghandmade.com (though it's private now).
Can I use the wp-invoice plug-in on my site? Can I use any on my site? I bought this theme for my start-up business, and would really like to use this plug-in.
