Plugin for showing images

  1. Hi,

When I add image media to a post, users can click on the image, e.g. a JPG, when reading the article in order to see an enlarged version of it. Then the JPG image opens enlarged inside the browser, but without any framing, outside the design of my blog so to speak.
Is there plugin or something to somehow display the JPG e.g. still with the background of my blog design?

    Cheers,
    Mac

  2. Yes. When you insert the image, instead of choosing "link to file" choose "link to attachment page" and then it will show up with your blog framework around it.

  3. Thanks. But it's not getting shown enlarged this way.

It's actually not really the full blog framework around it that I want. More like the background color of my blog etc. But I just realized that this seems to depend on the specific browser. In one browser I do get the blog's background around the enlarged image (even though it says e.g. http://www.myblog.com/content/upload/picture.jpg in the URL). In another browser I see the same URL but white background around the image.

  4. If the image is larger than your content column, there isn't any way around it as far as I know.
