    myblogguest.com plugin for guest bloggers

The blog I need help with is themorningsocial.com.

  2. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/

  3. P.S. I have two blogs with respectable page ranks and traffic. |I have posted my own stringent guest post policy on both and every day I am deluged with requests from people I would never ever allow to post a guest post on my blog. I would never ever in a million years use the plugin you refer to on a WordPress.ORG install and provide access to the Admin section of my blogs.

  4. I glanced at the Plug-in page, and there was mention of "making an offer" or a "bid" to the author of an article - so it might be something where someone submits content for inclusion on a blog and others bid to using the content

  5. @timethief The plugin doesn't publish anything or in any way interferes with user roles... It allows you to go choose article you think will suit your site and offer to publish them for free. If your blog is selected for that article, *you* are the one to create the draft and publish the article (if you don't like it, you can decline it). So it doesn't automate anything...

But you are right, it is not available for wordpress.com users (simply because you need ftp to install it)

  6. @seosmarty
How nice it is to see your image here. I have followed you on Twitter for a long time. Most of all I want to thank you so much for the clarity on the plugin and what it does. I completely misunderstood how the plugin functions and that's obvious to me now. Trusted plugins can be requested for addition to WordPress.com and this is the forum where we make such requests to Staff.

P.S. As you can tell form what I said above I am receiving so many guest post requests from bloggers, who are not commenters on my blogs and who I have no relationship with that I'm about to remove my guest posting policy from both blogs.

  7. It's really just another way to spread content farm content. I doubt it will ever be approved here.
