plugin problem

    i want to add new plugin in our WP blog but , i am not seeing any plugin option in our blog , what we do ?

    The blog I need help with is rajeevphp2011.wordpress.com.

    You cannot use plugins on wordpress.com blogs. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
