I have heard that you can get plugins from onlywire that links you to directories.. I have a video that shows that the you can get to this link thru wordpress plugin tab , but I guess I am so new at this that I can not find this tab in my Dashboard. Can some on help!!!!!

What you are viewing is a video that does not apply to wordpress.com blogs. It applies to wordpress.org blogs. There's a sticky post at the head of this forum - read before posting that explains the differences between the two http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/pugins?replies=2#post-431818
