djholisticI want to be able to download plugins and widgets but there is no option under any of my menus to let me do this. My whole goal is to make more than one page act like my posting page. Thank you and hopefully you will be able to help me out:)!

We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
