PollDaddy Widget Problems

  1. Hi,

I've followed all the steps to creating a PollDaddy poll and inserting it into a sidebar widget but I just can't get it to display properly. The widget displays in the sidebar, but the question text is all scrunched up into a tiny column in the middle of the widget. I've tried using narrow PD themes, including the micro theme, but it just doesn't make any difference.

There is plenty of space to fit the question, it's just not being used...all the text is being compacted into a small column. I'm using the Choco theme and all the other widgets display fine.

    Any help would be appreciated.

The blog I need help with is chimerawriters.com.

  4. The width of your sidebar in the Choco theme is 185 pixels. I can't see a polldaddy poll in your sidebar. I do know that you must choose the "narrow" style for sidebar use. http://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/#adding-a-poll-to-your-sidebar

  5. Thanks for replying. I removed the poll because it doesn't look right.

I've tried using the narrow style and the sidebar is easily wide enough to display the poll widget...but it still squashes all the text into a tiny column.
