Position & Spacing of Post Title & Navigation menu

    Theme: Imbalance 2

    When I click on to a post, the <previous> & <next> navigation tabs and post title, categories & tags related to the post appear above the header section.

    How can move both of them below the header section?

    The blog I need help with is thegirlonasailboat.wordpress.com.
