Possible to have featured image only on thumbnail?

    Hi,
    Before I begin, this post is about a different website (aretouch.se) but I could not find it in the dropdown list above.

    Since I cannot adjust the alignment of my featured image in the thumbnails on the main page, I would like to crop the image I want to use so it shows a nice composition. However, when you enter the post, this cropped image shows up and I don't want it to be there, I'd like to have the cropped image as the thumbnail, and the full size image in the actual post. Is this possible? Like "Hide Featured Image in Post"? I know it doesn't make much sense, but perhaps there is also a thumbnail setting I can use.

    I'm sorry but the site your refer to above is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we provide support only for blogs being hosted by WordPress.com on this forum. You need to post to http://wordpress.org/support/ to get support for that site.
    For clarity read > WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
