I started a blog here on WordPress.com about a week ago, and I want to be able to make a post about a week prior to that. Is it possible to create a post that pre-dates the creation date of the blog itself??
I know it is possible in the stand-alone WordPress, but is it possible with WordPress.com? Or can't I change the date because of the recent server downtime?
I wouldn't mess with anything right now, given the problems people seem to be experiencing, but the answer is you can just change the post's time stamp in the "edit" screen. You can make the time stamp whatever you like.
Thats what I thought, had a feeling I couldn't change because of the server being down.
